3. Set the Position Place the tattoo sticky-side face-down onto your dry skin. Press firmly so it adheres slightly.

4. The Soak Wet a clean, damp cloth or sponge. Press and hold it firmly against the paper backing, saturating the entire 7-inch area. Ensure the paper is fully wet.
